Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you can no longer make your appointment, please call us with 24 hours notice to reschedule.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payment and deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your most current information with you to your first appointment. Our staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.
